Do they have laser Star Wars lightsaber actual toys?

I was looking through several of the lightsabers and most of them are really just long plastic sticks. I was wondering if they actually had one with the base and like a long laser coming out of it instead of the plastic stick. If so does anybody know the name. I’ve been looking to buy one like that for my little brothers birthday but don’t want the plastic one since I know he’ll be waking every single thing in the house with it.

There’s one where the blade glows and the sounds effects are digitally recorded from the actual movie. It’s quite expensive though. $199.38 Or you can just check out the website below for more.
I was going to say, you can always craft a replica/model yourself, it’s fun and rewarding. But I have no idea how old your little brother is, which probably won’t be a good idea.
Even the movies don’t have real light sabers. It’s all special effects. What made you think it was real? Hello?!? Come back to the real world.
